Shipping Origin

We ship all orders from our Mumbai warehouse, ensuring your products are carefully managed and dispatched swiftly.

Delivery Times

  • Major Cities: Orders typically arrive within 3–4 working days.
  • Rest of India: Delivery may take 7–8 working days, depending on your location.

Shipping Hours

  • Delivery Window: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • Holidays: No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed the next business day.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.
  • Order Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. Once packed and shipped, we will send your tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on our website or by contacting our customer support team.

Handling Missing or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team on the same day of delivery with clear unboxing photos or a video. We will assist with a refund, replacement, or exchange after review.
  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your package, please notify us on the same day of delivery with clear photos or a video of the unboxing/package. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Courier Limitations & Delivery Delays

  • Third-Party Couriers: We use reliable courier partners; however, weather, holidays, local issues, or force majeure may cause delays. Zimaya Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
  • Tracking Issues: Tracking information may be temporarily unavailable in rare cases. Please contact our support team if you encounter any delivery-related issues.

Special Shipping Conditions

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Zimaya Perfumes is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of ordering.

Returns & Exchanges for Shipping Issues

  • Product Damaged During Shipping: Contact customer service with your order details and photos/videos of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. A refund, exchange, or replacement will be processed after review.
  • Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
