Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Zimaya Perfumes, we are committed to delivering the finest fragrance experience to our customers. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our policies below:

Return & Refund Policy

  • No Returns on Opened/Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, contact our customer care team within 24 hours.
  • Product Sensitivities: Our perfumes contain natural extracts. Please conduct a patch test before use. We are not responsible for reactions caused by sensitivities.

Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds or exchanges can be processed within 4–7 business days after verification.
  • Unboxing Video: To claim a refund/replacement for damaged, broken, or incorrect items, you must provide an unboxing video in original packaging.
  • Contact: Call 9076106174 or email zimaya.ind@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt with proof (photos/videos).
  • Damaged Goods on Delivery: If your package is tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Non-Delivery Issues: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours. Resolutions are provided within 3–4 business days.
  • Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds take 5–6 business days. COD refunds are processed to the provided bank account within 5–6 working days.

Return Policy

  • No returns or exchanges accepted unless the product is damaged/defective.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Claims for missing/incorrect items must include proof (photos/videos).
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed after verification within 3–4 business days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A 2% payment gateway charge will apply for prepaid cancellations.
  • After Dispatch: Cancellations are not allowed. If returned, a ₹75 handling charge will be deducted from refunds.
  • Refund for Cancelled Orders: Refunds for paid orders are credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days.
